Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Style AA account and the data that goes with it. It applies to the Style AA app on Android and iPhone, operated by Leverage AI Agency. You don't need to install the app again to ask.

In the app

Open Style AA, go to Profile, tap the settings icon, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email hello@styleaa.com with the subject “Delete my Style AA account”, from the email address on your account if you can. If you signed in another way, tell us your username or the email address you used, so we can find the right account. We may ask you to confirm the request.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Google Play and Apple handle the billing.

Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

What we delete

Your account and profile, wardrobe, outfits, generated images, photos you uploaded, collections, calendar events, community looks, comments, likes and follows. We also ask the service providers that process this data for us to delete it.

What we keep

Anonymised moderation records, for up to 24 months, to keep the community safe.
Records of creator commissions and payouts, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple, under their own policies.

How long it takes

We complete requests within 30 days and will confirm by email. Looks you posted stop appearing in the community as part of this.
